Whether that’s about what to make for dinner or something to cheer yourself up or feeling like you deserve a reward – emotional cravings are evident in many people – there are countless ‘reasons’ for deliberating about food. Much of this can be negative and can reflect ‘learned’ attitudes and behaviours.
