Can anyone be hypnotised
Yes, for therapeutic purposes hypnosis is very effective. Just see this process as a time to be guided into relaxation. As long as you can give yourself 20-45 minutes without distraction you’ll see progress and ultimately enjoy the process.
What's your success rate?
I wish I could answer this. But, in order to give an honest answer, I’d have to keep in contact with every past client weekly to make sure they were still on track. Although, 50% of my clients comes from referrals so that shows the level of confidence people have recommending me.
Where do I start?
Weight loss and weight management is a big area to cover and people struggle with weight for many different reasons. This package has been put together in an order that ensures you have the very best experience. The way to listen to the audios is the same as listed on this website. You will also be sent an email outlining the best times and frequency.
The 10 session package is meant to be used over the course of 4-8 weeks as a starting point. I have found this is when people really start to notice changes.
