Our Hypnotherapy training qualification and certificates cover a wide range of the most used therapeutic techniques, which enable each student to successfully practice as a fully qualified Hypnotherapist using the very latest and recognised interventions.

The Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) is the highest level vocational Hypnotherapy accreditation which is externally validated. The HPD came into practice in June 2002 and is jointly accredited by the NCH and the NCFE.

How Is The Training Set Up?

To ensure all of the students get the very best of knowledge and training experience we have set the course out over 10 months, this totals 20 days of training. Training time are between the hours of 10:00 and 17:00 each day (Saturday and Sunday) and give a total of 140 hours of classroom training. In order to get the most knowledge from the program there is also an expected level of out of class studying by the means of homework assignments and practice which requires a further commitment of 70 hours, giving a total of 210 total study hours during the course dates.

The course is split into lecture and practice, ensuring a wide breadth of knowledge and understanding throughout the course. It is an interactive course which allows any questions of queries to be addressed with comfort and ease further ensuring the students development and understanding.

What Will I Learn?

The areas which are covered in great detail in the course are, Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Stress Management. Through the course we alos look at other interventions such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and a variation of EMDR (Eye Moving Desensitization and Reprocessing), however a breakdown of the qualifications gained are: Dip Hypnotherapy, Diploma in NLP and Certificate in Stress Management and the externally recognised HPD, Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma. By training in a variety of therapeutic intervention we enable the students to proceed with confidence in treating a wide range of issues presented to them once they are practicing.

Is There an Exam?

There is no final exam to the course, just regular (Monthly submissions) of course work and practical assignments that will be compiled for your final submission at the end of the course.

Will I Have Letters After My Name?

Yes! These are: Dip Hyp / Dip NLP / Cert SM and HPD

Where Can I Train?

The hypnotherapy training courses are run in training centers in Milton Keynes, Selwyn College Cambridge University and Swindon.
