As long as it is not affecting your life in a negative way?
Being obsessively compulsed to carry out a task or think a certain way is something most of use do everyday! Just to a different level and about 101 things. It’s when that compulsion begins to affect the way we live our daily lives and the people around us that this becomes an problem.
Put simply! If you are suffering with an OCD, you are just looking at something from a different viewpoint.
OCD’s are usually dealt with between 12 and 20 sessions, initially weekly and then bi weekly, monthly etc.
How Do I Treat OCD’s
I use a range of interventions in order to treat OCD’s including, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and occasionally Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
Throughout the course of the therapy we work as a team to help overcome the issues in small workable chunks and work towards your goal, of a Life Without Limits
