Mike Sweet is a fully qualified therapist who uses a combination of hypnosis, CBT techniques and NLP to work with people who want to conquer their phobias. He also has a real interest in supporting people with weight management issues, smoking and motivation issues. Prior to training, his previous background of many years in leading teams of people has given him strong knowledge of performance related issues.
Moyra Forrester is a fully qualified therapist. Her particular areas of interest are in working eclectically with clients in the treatment of general anxiety disorders, confidence and self-esteem, and alcohol dependency issues. With a highly successful background in educational leadership and management (B.A., Dip Ed., MBA), she has a wealth of experience in working with teenagers and teams of adults at different levels of seniority.
Michael Sweet is a full-time therapy trainer, teaching a range of proven and effective interventions helping people live their lives without limits.
