How effective is Hypnotherapy and other therapeutic interventions?
I get asked this all of the time. However, if I offer any of my experience on successes and its effectiveness, then I could just be making it up!
But there are 1000’s of scientific studies which demonstrate the effectiveness of hypnotherapy along with other treatments. Take a quick read here. What to Expect!
If you are looking for a “magic fix all cure” then I probably can’t help you. The real results come from you, we will work together and find a solution. It’s amazing to see what can happen with guidance therapies and coaching. Typically treatments are carried out in a 3 session plan a week apart. Each session is about an hour long and will jump between therapeutic processes as and when needed.
The approaches I use are:
- Hypnotherapy – a natural state of deep relaxation which allows easier access to the subconscious mind and so assists the process of changing from within
- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) – a communication model which shows us that thinking differently can help us behave differently and get better outcomes
- Stress Management – the identification of causes of stress and techniques to help regain control
- Cognitive Behavioural techniques – a focus on thought processes and beliefs, identifying ways to change unhelpful patterns which adversely influence our moods and behaviours.
So how can I help you? The possibilities are almost endless – if you think about it, most of our issues are in our own minds and it’s usually just a slight shift that can make a difference. *results may vary from person to person.
